Core Mediation: Our approach to mediation is facilitated negotiation. My role as a mediator is to assist the parties in identifying the issues that need to be resolved and designing an agreement that everyone can live with. As unbiased neutrals, we have no stake in the outcome and as a result, any agreements made are designed by the participants. Each participant has the ability to share their stories and present the issues that need to be resolved.

Conciliation: We offer this alternative dispute resolution process, where we act as a neutral third party, helping parties identify the issues to be resolved, and creating options to reach an agreement. This process like mediation is voluntary, and interest-based.
Juvenile Guardianship Mediation: We assist individuals in developing an agreement for placement and custody for juvenile guardianship cases. We facilitate dialogue between caregivers as they make challenging decisions that affect the care of a child.
Dispute Resolution System Design: Our mediators can assist your company or organization in designing a dispute resolution system that is unique to your workplace, taking take into account the work environment and culture. This process includes assessment, designing the system, implementation & training, promotion of the new system, evaluation, and revision.
